Q: How can I change my mailing address?
A: To change your mailing address or contact information, please call the office at 1-800-414-7788 or email caoffice@worldserve.ca with your updated information.

Q: What happens when I make an online donation?
A: When you make an online donation, you should receive an email confirmation message. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at 1-800-414-7788 or caoffice@worldserve.ca. Be sure to check your junk mail for the email confirmation as well. Receipts will be mailed to the address you have provided.

Q: How can I cancel a payment?
A: If you would like to cancel a payment or are having any other difficulties making a transaction, please contact us at 1-800-414-7788 or caoffice@worldserve.ca and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: Where does my money go?
A: See our Annual Financial Report for more details on how you have made an impact or contact the office at 1-800-414-7788 or caoffice@worldserve.ca to speak to a representative.

Q: When do I get my receipt?
A: One-time donors will get a receipt in the mail shortly after they complete the payment process. Monthly donors receive consolidated receipts for all the gifts they have made in a current calendar year, issued in January the following year. If you would like us to consolidate your one-time donations, please contact us at 1-800-414-7788 or caoffice@worldserve.ca to make this change.

Q: How do I change my credit card information?
A: To make any changes to your credit card information or change your monthly donation payments, please contact us at 1-800-414-7788 or caoffice@worldserve.ca, we will be happy to help you.

Q: Why do I get so many mailings?
A: We strive to be accountable and frugal in our mailings. Unlike a church, we cannot pass around a weekly offering basket and therefore we send out approximately 12 mailings per year. These are our only source of regular gifts from our donors; without them we would be unable to continue advancing the gospel to the same extent. You can reduce or change the number of mailings you receive by contacting us at 1-800-414-7788 or caoffice@worldserve.ca. Any change will take 6-8 weeks to take effect.
